Terms and Conditions Agreement - Hy-Rez Photos and Videos

1. Services and Deliverables:

• Hy-Rez Photos and Videos agrees to provide photography and videography services as described in the client's project submission. The client acknowledges that the final deliverables are subject to the creative interpretation of Hy-Rez.

2. Payment Terms:

• Clients agree to the payment terms outlined in the project proposal. Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in project delays or cancellation.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights:

• Hy-Rez retains the copyright to all original works produced. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use. Commercial use requires explicit written permission and additional fees.

4. Project Cancellation:

• Cancellation by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Hy-Rez reserves the right to cancel a project for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or client non-compliance.

5. Liability:

• Hy-Rez is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the client's use or inability to use the delivered products.
